Mijn lieve nichtje Amelia, amper 2,5 jaar oud, heeft haar dappere strijd tegen kanker moeten loslaten. Als tante breekt mijn hart, maar tegelijk ben ik zo ongelooflijk trots op hoe sterk en moedig zij was. Zo klein, en toch zo’n grote vechter.
Om haar te eren en om andere kindjes en families te helpen, lopen wij 10 km mee met KickCancer en zamelen we geld in voor hun strijd tegen kinderkanker. Want geen enkel kind zou dit moeten meemaken. Geen enkele familie zou dit verdriet mogen dragen.
