Wij zijn vzw Warre’s Hope en nemen deel aan Run to Kick omdat kinderkanker ons persoonlijk raakt.
Warre kreeg op 9 jarige leeftijd Ewing sarcoom, een zeldzame vorm van kinderkanker. Uit zijn moeilijke traject groeide onze vzw, met één duidelijke missie: hoop brengen aan kinderen met kanker en hun gezinnen, kinderkanker bespreekbaar maken en onderzoek naar zeldzame kinderkankers ondersteunen.
Met Run to Kick zetten we samen een stap vooruit. Voor Warre. Voor alle kinderen die vechten. Voor betere, minder zware behandelingen. En voor meer hoop.

We have a mission. A beautiful mission. We want to cure every child with cancer.

Find new treatments, improve existing ones, and kick children’s cancer to send it far, far away forever and may it never come back! We therefore financially support scientific research, and bring together the drive, inspiration and knowledge of everyone involved. From researchers, doctors and parents to politicians and pharmaceutical companies. Only a joint effort can ensure that children with cancer are cured and better cured.

FIGHT KIDS CANCER is a joint initiative by KickCancer, Imagine for Margo (France), the Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner (Luxembourg), the CRIS Cancer Foundation (Spain) and KiKa (the Netherlands). Our aim is to accelerate the most innovative treatments thanks to European financing and collaboration of research in paediatric cancers.
