27 september 2026, de dag die in het teken staat van alle kinderen die geconfronteerd worden met kanker. Dit jaar loop ik mee, voor alle kinderen die ons versteld doen staan tijdens zo'n intense periode, maar ook voor Haiko in het bijzonder. Een prachtige, moedige kerel van wie we, na een oneerlijke strijd tegen een synovia sarcoom, veel te snel afscheid moesten nemen.

Helaas is Haiko niet alleen. Onderzoek blijft nodig, zodat andere kinderen en hun omgeving hiervan gespaard blijven. Dankjewel om dit verschil voor hen mee mogelijk te maken: al bewegend, via een donatie of een aankoop van onze producten.

We have a mission. A beautiful mission. We want to cure every child with cancer.

Find new treatments, improve existing ones, and kick children’s cancer to send it far, far away forever and may it never come back! We therefore financially support scientific research, and bring together the drive, inspiration and knowledge of everyone involved. From researchers, doctors and parents to politicians and pharmaceutical companies. Only a joint effort can ensure that children with cancer are cured and better cured.

FIGHT KIDS CANCER is a joint initiative by KickCancer, Imagine for Margo (France), the Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner (Luxembourg), the CRIS Cancer Foundation (Spain) and KiKa (the Netherlands). Our aim is to accelerate the most innovative treatments thanks to European financing and collaboration of research in paediatric cancers.
