Une famille a eu le cours de sa vie bouleversé par l’annonce de la maladie de leur fille unique, Leana. Leur routine, leur projets, leur avenir, leurs rêves anéantis par le GITC.
Le GITC c'est quoi?
Le gliome infiltrant du tronc cérébral... autrement dit, une tumeur agressive dont le taux de survie est de 1% et la moyenne de l’espérance de vie post diagnostic est de 9 mois.
Apres s’être battue 1 an, Leana est partie rejoindre les étoiles. Cette famille c’est nous, et chaque année nous participons à Run To Kick afin de recolter des fonds pour financer la recherche, pour que ça n’arrive plus, pour qu’il y ait plus de chance de guerison, pour sauver VOS enfants. Chaque euro compte et nous comptons sur vous pour faire exploser la cagnotte ❤️

Find new treatments, improve existing ones, and kick children’s cancer to send it far, far away forever and may it never come back! We therefore financially support scientific research, and bring together the drive, inspiration and knowledge of everyone involved. From researchers, doctors and parents to politicians and pharmaceutical companies. Only a joint effort can ensure that children with cancer are cured and better cured.

FIGHT KIDS CANCER is a joint initiative by KickCancer, Imagine for Margo (France), the Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner (Luxembourg), the CRIS Cancer Foundation (Spain) and KiKa (the Netherlands). Our aim is to accelerate the most innovative treatments thanks to European financing and collaboration of research in paediatric cancers.
